Mark and Maggie O’Connor Workshop Great Success!

Saturday, June 2, Floyd Music School had the honor and the privilege of hosting a
one-day intensive workshop with Mark and Maggie O’Connor!

What an awesome day! Roanoke Symphony shared their beautiful and acoustically-pleasing Green Room for our workshop
and we were introduced to students and teachers from all over southwestern VA.
Everyone came away from the day with an increased respect and admiration for The O’Connors, as well as a feeling of inspiration and pride in the craft of fiddling and strings performance.
